Scientifically grounded foundations for sustainable business success

Sustainably successful organizations are not built through trends or gut feeling, but through scientific grounding and consistent application in practice.

Our research in 3 Fields

PS Research examines what makes organizations successful in the long term—and translates insights into actionable models for leadership, culture, growth, and impact.

Research Field 1

Human Resources
& Organization
The origin of PS Research lies in organizational and people development. Since 2005, our founder has worked—scientifically and in a practice-oriented way—on the question of how organizations can foster talent, design effective structures, and view leadership as a win-win system, without theoretical overload but with methodological depth.

Research Field 2

Common Good Orientation & Happiness

For us, entrepreneurial responsibility is not marketing, but a mindset with measurable impact. As a family-owned midsize business serving society, we have been engaging intensively since 2013 with the common good, sustainable business practices, as well as meaning and satisfaction in the workplace context.

Research Field 3

The 40-Hour CEO Project.

Our thesis is that, through intelligent organizational structures, it is possible for people in highly responsible positions to work sustainably and successfully in 40 hours per week—without losing their personal balance.

Forschungsfeld 4

Socioeconomic
Balance

This field of research examines broad, society-wide approaches that can help mitigate the widening gap between rich and poor and bring ecology and the economy into alignment. The goal is to identify practical levers that can, over the long term, contribute to greater socioeconomic balance and social stability, and consequently also to ecological balance and broader participation.

Presentation of our practical projects

In our practical projects, we combine scientifically grounded approaches with real business practice. For our partner companies, we develop, support, and evaluate innovative solutions in the areas of Human Resources & Organizational Development, Common Good Orientation & Happiness, and Marketing & Sales. The goal is to create sustainable concepts that do justice to both economic requirements and the needs of everyone involved.

Research Field 2

Entrepreneurial responsibility as a strategic success factor

For three generations now, we have seen ourselves as a midsize entrepreneurial family in service of society. We have lived this philosophy in our businesses for over 30 years. Since 2013 we have been engaging more intensively with the topic the common good, entrepreneurial responsibility, and individual happiness, which describes the second research field.
During this period, the following were carried out by Alexander da Silva Sebur:

Research Field 3

Der 40 Stunden CEO

Unser Ziel ist es, CEOs dabei zu unterstützen, Organisationen so zu gestalten, dass hohe Verantwortung und persönliche Balance kein Widerspruch mehr sind.

Research and work focus areas:

Forschungsfragen
Hintergrund & Praxisbezug:

Dieses Forschungsfeld basiert auf konkreter unternehmerischer Praxis:

  • Alexander Da Silva Sebö ist aktuell Geschäftsführer von vier Organisationen
  • Mit insgesamt über 300 involvierte Personen
  • Mitgründer von aktuell vier Startup-Initiativen
  • Arbeitszeit in der Regel: 40–45 Stunden pro Woche
